10-minute walk from the town centre, where you will find the bus station and train station. Newmarket also offers excellent taxi services. For racegoers, as the racecourses are both a mile or so out of town, there is regular, free bus transportation to and from the racecourses on race-days. There is a leisure centre a 5 minute walk away from the property with facilities such as squash and tennis courts and a 25m swimming pool. Free on-road parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Parking is not permitted at the rear of the house as this is private parking only.

King Edward Road is a quiet residential neighbourhood. It`s a no through road and traffic is minimal. There is a local shop and a pub, (The Cherry Tree) 300 yards away. Abbeycroft leisure centre is a 5-minute walk away. Facilities include tennis and squash courts and a 25 metre swimming pool. Tesco superstore is a five-minute drive away on the outskirts of town.
